Remove OLAP for Oracle 18c

To upgrade from Oracle 11gR2 to Oracle 18c/19c, we need to remove OLAP. Remove OLAP Catalog by running the 11.2.0.4.0 SQL script $ORACLE_HOME/olap/admin/catnoamd.sql script.

[oracle@localhost admin]$ sqlplus / as sysdba
